A free in person one hour consultation at a public location, ie: coffee shop. We will bring examples of our work in the form of a Portfolio and we will ask questions and find out more about your Wedding day. You can get to know us and learn more about our packages and the services we offer. This is the perfect time to ask any questions you may have.

Your wedding gallery will be up and ready for you to view and download in 8 weeks after your wedding date. Once you have viewed your gallery you may select the images you want and for any additional products such as prints or albums if included in your package or purchased separately.

Whenever a payment is due we will send an invoice to your email which can be paid easily online for you convenience.

To make this process easy for you we place all your images into a private online gallery where you can browse in your own time and select your images.

We will want to secure your wedding date on our schedule ASAP, paying a $200 deposit provides the piece of mind that we have locked in your date on the calendar.

Yes, we will send over a contract for both participants to sign, this will also include our Terms and Conditions and general questions pertaining to the venue locations and contact information. The contract is as much for you as it is for us, it's there for your assurance and comfort as well. We view transparency, reliability and fairness as our most vital points regarding our customer service.

Emily uses a Canon EOS R6 and Louise uses a Canon EOS 5D Mark iv. They are both professional grade digital cameras that deliver amazing results. We also have strobes and on camera flash.

To help make this process easier for you we have a monthly payment option free of any additional cost or interest. We will divide the total balance over however many months there are leading upto your wedding date. The payment plan will start at the beginning of the following month and end at the last month before your wedding.
